Jinen joined the Charles IT team in February of 2020 as a Junior Systems Administrator. Jinen graduated with a degree in Biological Sciences from Rutgers University. He started working in the IT field in 2010 and has had held various positions in the field throughout those years. Jinen’s goal while working in IT is to provide the best customer service possible and help improve everyone’s day to day workflow. Jinen loves learning about new technology, a hobby that started from the days of Windows 95. In his spare time, he can be found gardening, hiking, or woodworking.
