Policies often require balance rather than harmony. For me, itรขโฌโขs about asking, รขโฌหWhere are you in your work-life harmony? Are you stressed because you have events for your kids and donรขโฌโขt have the time or PTO?รขโฌโข You can speak with the team, and theyรขโฌโขll know you work hard and understand these things are important. Itรขโฌโขs about being flexible and trusting your team to get things done without compromising their harmony,รขโฌย Sal explained.
