Betta joined Charles IT in May of 2022 after receiving her MBA from The University of Connecticut with a focus in Digital Marketing Strategy and Business Analytics. She also holds a BSBA from Elon University, where she double majored in Marketing and Entrepreneurship with a Minor in Sales. Betta is also an avid equestrian and competes in the jumper divisions with her mare, Cassandra. In her spare time, you can find Betta line dancing or planning her next BBQ or dinner party for friends and family.

I’d love to say a lioness, but it’s been suggested that a chihuahua or a poodle may be more accurate….

What is your favorite part about working at Charles IT?
“The people are absolutely the best part of Charles IT. We come together a lot as a company and I always find myself in amazing conversations with people I don’t get to interact with on a day-to-day basis. We may use it excessively as a hashtag, but you can really feel the emphasis on creating real relationships (and, of course, raving fans!)”
